My machine got damaged and i seemed to be having trouble getting a technician, even the previous technicians i had were no longer available or responsive. i saw your add on instagram that kept popping up daily and i summoned the courage to engage. response was almost immediate and i had no doubts of the genuinness of the business considering the instagram climate.
2. What challenges did you have in choosing a contractor?
No challenges with the contractor chosen by daibau. the only one contractor contacted me and he delivered.
3. What advice would you give to others undertaking same project?
Oh absolutely. very prompt services and straight to the point.. no trial and error with your machines.

The time it took from start to finish was about 1 hour. this included the time to purchase the damaged part.
5. What was the cost of the project/item?
The cost of project was NGN32,000.
6. Would you recommend the contractor and the Daibau platform?
So far no recommendation. job well done. maybe issuing some sort of affilliation ID like a Tshirt or IDcard for identification of affilliation. this relates with security and not the quality of work. The contractor was very friendly and quick.
I am more than satisfied with the platform and am already refering to my mum as her machine is also faulty.
